Buy $HIVE and a bee flies into the hive and draws your cell. The hive rents Bitcoin hashrate and every holder adds power to the rig. There is no holder cap: the rig keeps growing with every bee that joins. Every minute the rig's mining rewards are harvested and split across every cell by how much each bee holds. Honey is SOL. It stacks in your cell until you connect your wallet and claim it.
# the comb spirals out from the queen, so the earliest holders sit closest to her.

Every hexagon is a working cell: holders' cells, plus the colony's own cells that work the base rig until holders take them over. Honey level is what that wallet can claim right now. A shimmering white cell is full and waiting. Click any cell to see its bee.
Particles stream from new buyers into the comb, through the mining rig into each harvest, then out to wallets as people claim.
Holders, joins and sells, honey made against claimed, harvests, claims, claim sizes, castes and the holdings spread.
Sort by claimable, chips, cell or ring. S shows state: R flying, S on its cell, O out foraging, W building.
Your caste comes from how much $HIVE you hold. It sets how your bee looks and what it does in the comb. Your share of the rig's yield comes from chips: one chip per 25,000 $HIVE.
Every holder adds the same slice of rented hashrate to the hive's rig, on top of the base rig that is always running. There is no holder cap: the rig keeps growing as the hive does. No multipliers, no tiers: just chips.
Estimate for a hive that includes you, at today's hashprice and SOL price. It is a projection, not a promise. Every new bee grows the rig by the same slice it shares, with no holder cap.
Your share = (your chips + 1) ÷ (all chips + all holders). The +1 means every bee earns something, even the smallest.
The comb spirals out from the queen, one ring at a time. Ring k holds 6k cells, so the first 7 holders fill rings 0–1, the first 91 reach ring 5 and the first 331 reach ring 10.
Connect your wallet, sign a short message to prove it's yours, and the hive sends your SOL. Signing a message is free and can't move anything out of your wallet.
It proves you own the wallet without giving anyone access to it. The server checks the signature, then sends your claimable SOL from the hive.
Only the Solana network fee, about 0.000005 SOL, which is taken out of the amount you claim. Signing the message is free and you don't need SOL in your wallet.
No. Signing is free and the hive pays the network fee on the transfer.
Every harvest is split by chips: (your chips + 1) out of everyone's. Bigger holders get bigger shares, every bee gets something. Try your numbers on 2:bees.
The hive rents Bitcoin hashrate and mines on a pool. Every holder adds rented hashrate to the rig, and there is no holder cap: the more bees, the bigger the rig and the more SOL it mines. Mining rewards are converted to SOL, harvested every minute and split across all cells by chips. Open the rig report on the live screen to see its power.
Yes. Honey is only credited from hashrate the pool actually accepted, valued at the live hashprice. While the rig is not rented, nothing is credited and the rig report marks every figure as projected. Every claim is a real SOL transfer you can open on Solscan.
hivemind [buy] → bee → cell → rig harvest → claim → SOL
yield/h = hashrate × hashprice ÷ SOL price ÷ 24 hashrate = max( holders × , base rig ) · no holder cap
The job is what AntPool sends every miner on stratum: the previous block, the header fields and its coinbase, plus a merkle branch instead of the full transaction list. Every hash the hive's rented rigs send is a try at this block. Transactions are never sent to miners, so the contents shown are mempool.space's projection; AntPool's real blocks match it about 97–100%.
Delivered is the hashrate the pool accepted from the marketplace order, read every 30 s. Target is what the holder count asks for; the order is resized in steps, so the two move apart for a while after big buys or sells.
AntPool's FPPS pays for every valid share at the network's expected value, block fees included, so the hive earns the same whether or not AntPool finds the next block.
target hashrate = max( holders × , base ) · no holder cap resize when target moves by ≥ 2 PH/s · checked every 10 min
The rig's share of the network sets how much of each block's reward it earns on average. Solo odds are shown for scale only: on an FPPS pool the hive is paid per share, not per block.
